I'm very fortunate that I've had the amazing opportunity to see many places - many of them beautiful and nearly untouched by civilization. I enjoy photographing the place where nature prevails; a place to realize our place in the natural world, a place of valuable ecological, geological, scientific and historical information, a place of beauty and peace.
However, due to our collective foolishness, the species known as "human" are ripping the world apart at a stunning rate, just by getting up and going about our business each day. There are people, corporations, and governments who are too narrow-sited to realize their effect on our planet. As a photographer of the natural world, I would like to promote the importance of preserving the Earth's living systems, which are intertwined with the beauty of our planet. Let's explore, enjoy and preserve our planet for our children, grand children and future generations to come.
